Toy story is an animated movie series comprised of 3 films. The world of toy story is an amazing place where toys are alive and can do whatever they want. The owner of the main character toys is Andy, he is oblivious to the fact that his action figures are more than what he sees. The inspiration for the Toy Story series was the short film "Tin Toy" a mute musician having to deal with a monster baby.
The first toy story starts at Andy's birthday party and the toys are seeing if andy has received any new toys as gifts. Woody is the leader of the toys and he sends a small group of toy soldiers to spy and see what goes on downstairs at the party. They see that Andy has been given a brand new Buzz Lightyear. Buzz immediately becomes one of Andy's favorite toys along with Woody, but woody is jealous. The rest of the toys welcome Buzz and start to notice that woody doesn't like them. So when buzz falls out of the window they think it was woody. They both fall into Andy's truck and they end up in an arcade game along with the green aliens. they end up going to Sid's house, andy's neighbor, but the Woody and Buzz know Sid destroys toys for fun. they finally scare Sid so bad he never wants to trash another toy again and they return back with the other toys before Andy moves to his new house.
The second toy story a toy collector named Al, spots woody in Andy's mothers yard sale. Woody tried saving wheezy the penguin from being sold. Woody gets spotted by Al and goes back to his inanimate state. Al tries to buy woody knowing that he is a rare collectible from the 1950's show Woodys Roundup , but Andy's mother is not pleased and says he is not for sale. Al steals and takes woody and restores him. He plans on flying to japan with all of the Woodys Roundup gang which is The Prospector, Jessie, Woody, and Bullseye. Buzz and Andys toys try to rescue Woody, but The Prospector doesn't let him leave. Eventually they all return to Andy's house except The Prospector.
Toy Story 3, is the last installment of the Toy Story series. Andy is all grown up and is leaving for college and his toys are getting left behind. He takes them to a day care and gives them as donations. They find out the toys in the day care are very corrupt. Lots-o-huggin bear is the leader of the evil toys at the dsay care and doesnt want woody leaving. They do everything to keep them in but Andy's toys always find a way to get things done.
